The Pea Stuffing- View II


The peas are a great replacement for cheese or other high fat and salt stuffings. They help keep the chicken moist too.

Sunday Dinner- Roast Chicken Stuffed with Peas and served with Minted Parisian Carrots


I added a little Cayenne and Wheat Germ on the Chicken and some Lemon Balm mixed in with the Mint worked pretty well.
