Keeping the house cool

I have spent the last few days trying to keep the cool air in and the hot air out of the house- I have spent a few hours making an attic stair tent and also placing insulation on each light switch, and electrical outlet. It has made a tremendous difference. These are available from most hardware stores and home improvement stores and they Do make a difference in preventing heat sinks and moisture sinks from your attic. The less moisture and the less leaks from outside- the better. It will also help keep the house warmer in the winter.
